Manage list of employees

The datable can be filter by using the Search field and you can view more entries by modifying the entries field.

User having HR privileges can modify, create or delete any user from the List of employees page which is very similar to the List of users page. The difference is that this page is more focused on HR management and it allows you to:

On each row, five icons allow you to manage an employee :

  • Modify a user by clicking on the pencil icon.
  • The second icon allows you to add entitled days to a user in addition to the entitled days credited by its contract (See this article for an example).
  • The third icon allows you to access to the leave requests of an employee (See this this article to understand how to modify a submitted leave request).
  • The fourth icon allows you to access to the overtime requests of an employee.
  • the fifth icon allows you to access to the individual leave balance report of the employee.

Two buttons at the bottom of the page allow you to perform extra operations :

  • Create a new user by clicking on the Create button at the bottom of the page. See this article for more information.
  • Export the list of users by clicking on the Export button at the bottom of the page.

Individual leave balance report

From the list of employees, HR users can access to a new page showing the individual leave balance report (for the selected user). This page displays the same information than the page "counters". It allows HR managers and officers to check if the amount of entitled days is correct.
