Manage the list of users

User having HR privileges can modify, create or delete any user from the List of users page which is very similar to the List of employees page. The difference is that this page is more technical and it allows you to:

  • List the users and their roles (8 for admin and 2 for user).
  • Reset the password of a user by clicking on the padlock icon.
  • Modify a user by clicking on the pencil icon.
  • View a user by clicking on the eye icon.
  • Delete a user by clicking on the trash icon (in the column ID).
  • Create a new user by clicking on the Create button at the bottom of the page. See this article for more information.
  • Export the list of users by clicking on the Export button at the bottom of the page.

The datable can be filtered by using the Search field and you can view more entries by modifying the entries field.
